These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the btc4d platform, including all games, financial transactions, promotions, and account services. To access the full functionality of the btc4d Platform, you must register a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as prompted during the registration process. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, contact number, and a valid email address.
One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered btc4d Account. Opening, maintaining, or using more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. btc4d will suspend all duplicate Accounts, confiscate any balances and Bonus Funds held therein, and may permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
Accurate Information: You warrant that all information provided at registration and during any subsequent KYC or verification process is truthful and accurate. btc4d accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account details provided by the Member, including incorrect bank account numbers or e-wallet identifiers supplied for withdrawal purposes.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify btc4d immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. btc4d will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of unauthorised access remains your responsibility.
KYC Verification: btc4d may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point, including but not limited to prior to processing your first withdrawal, upon a significant change in account activity, or at btc4d's discretion for compliance purposes. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Supported Payment Methods: btc4d supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Supported channels may be updated from time to time at btc4d's discretion.
Currency: All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). btc4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required prior to depositing is the Member's sole responsibility and cost.
Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold may not be credited to your Wallet and will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to processing timelines of the respective bank or e-wallet provider.
Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your btc4d Wallet in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes. btc4d is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, Members should contact btc4d support with the relevant transaction reference.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by btc4d with a target turnaround time of under 3 minutes from the time the request is approved. Processing times may extend during periods of exceptionally high volume or when additional verification is required. Withdrawals are paid exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the btc4d Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawal Verification: btc4d reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks — including requesting KYC documentation — before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed to unverified accounts. btc4d may place a temporary hold on withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
btc4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All promotions are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions below.
Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the total turnover that must be completed before the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Unless a promotion states otherwise, the default contributions are as follows:
Validity Period: All bonuses must be claimed within the validity window stated in the promotion. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period and cannot be reinstated.
Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a bonus is 10x the original bonus amount. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the Wallet upon withdrawal processing.
Abuse and Manipulation: btc4d reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, hedging strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any other behaviour contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
All games available on the btc4d Platform are governed by the specific rules of the individual game or game category, which are accessible within the game interface or the help section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules prevail for the purposes of that specific game only.
Random Number Generation: All btc4d slot games, virtual table games, and crash game algorithms use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by the licensed game studios. Results are independent of previous outcomes. btc4d does not manipulate game outcomes.
Sportsbook: Sports betting markets — including pre-match and in-play markets for BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, AFF Cup, and other competitions — are governed by btc4d's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately. Bets accepted in error (e.g., at manifestly incorrect odds) may be voided at btc4d's discretion. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are void if one or more selections are cancelled or abandoned.

btc4d makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
By btc4d: btc4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time and without prior notice where btc4d has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a confirmed breach by the Member, btc4d reserves the right to forfeit all Wallet balances, including both deposited funds and Bonus Funds, pending investigation. If investigation concludes that the breach is confirmed, forfeited funds will not be returned.
By the Member: Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting btc4d support. Upon closure request, any remaining Wallet balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Member's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which btc4d's operating entity is incorporated, as disclosed in the Platform's licensing documentation.

The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
btc4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
